Review[edit]

  • Stereoplay 8/1998: Sound: good, 38 points, price/performance: very good. "Very well equipped, attractively finished MD recorder with lively, luminous sound and easy operation at a reasonable price." (S.39).
  • Stereo 7/98: "Excellently equipped recorder with digital leveling and noise reduction. Super price!" - 3 stars - Excellent.

  • I use the 707 on a Pioneer A-331 with CS-780 (classic combination) and sonically it is absolutely convincing. Is the DTC 690, which I also drive on the amplifier / speaker combination, in no way inferior.
