Servicing Hints

Bias adjustment is the same as Hitachi SR-604 (the year earlier model)(also seems be very similar pcb wise)

8.8mV (40mA) (+/- 4.4mV (20mA)) across emitter resistors (Use R731 Left and Right)(closest potentiometer to emitter resistor) (adjust after 10 minute or so, takes a long time to warm up fully)

High power transistors are in the middle of the heatsink

Replace all fusible resistors due to age/out of spec

check all power supply capacitors are ok, especially C811
