DynaCo became part of Tyco, Inc..,

DynaCo moved from Philadelphia to nearby Blackwood, NJ.

DynaCo holdings were sold to ESS Inc.
ESS Inc. had trouble doing anything profitable with its acquisition.
1980 Dynaco is discontinued as a brand by ESS Inc.

DynaCo is bought as a brand including all movables (parts, kits etc.) by Stereo Cost Cutters/Sound Values Inc.
in Columbus OHIO. This company had the models FM-5, AF-6, ST-150, SCA-50, SE-10,
and ST410 as kits, without changing the circuitry or providing spare parts support.
