1955 (October)
Dyna Company established
617 N. 41st St; Philadelphia (USA)

1969
DynaCo became part of Tyco, Inc..,

1973
DynaCo moved from Philadelphia to nearby Blackwood, NJ.

1979
DynaCo holdings were sold to ESS Inc.
ESS Inc. had trouble doing anything profitable with its acquisition.
1980 Dynaco is discontinued as a brand by ESS Inc.

1980
DynaCo is bought as a brand including all movables (parts, kits etc.) by Stereo Cost Cutters/Sound Values Inc. in Columbus OHIO. This company had the models FM-5, AF-6, ST-150, SCA-50, SE-10, and ST410 as kits, without changing the circuitry or providing spare parts support.

1990-199x
DynaCo as a brand was taken over by Pan Orient Corporation (later Panor Corporation), and brought revised device series such as PAS-3 series II, PAS-4, CD player CD-V I, CD-V II, CD-V Pro and Stereo 80 tube amplifier. Panor still holds the trademark rights afaik still hold the trademark rights.
