Der Plattenspieler verfügt über eine Titelprogrammierung. Es können mittels Bedienknöpfe am Plattenspieler die einzelnen Titel direkt angesteuert werden. Dies geschieht mit Hilfe eines Infrarotsensors im Tonabnehmer der automatisch die "Leerrillen" einer Schallplatte erkennt. Darüber hinaus ist er aufgrund dieser Einrichtung auch in der Lage die jeweils richtige Schalplattengröße (7", 10" bzw. 12") automatisch zu erkennen. Ebenso wird erkannt wenn sich keine Schallplatte am Plattenteller befindet - der Tonarm läßt sich dann nicht senken.
