Die 7er und 8er Modelle der ES-Reihe waren immer praktisch derselbe Verstärker mit

marginal besserer Bauteilbestückung der 8er (und einem Doppelnetzteil bei 800ES).
 
Insgesamt Spitzenklassegeräte auf den Niveau eines "kleineren" Accuphase,aber
 
klanglich minimal weicher abgestimmt. Die Phonovorstufen gehören zum Besten was ich
 
mit einer OpAmp-Schaltung gehört habe. Das Preisniveau von Gebrauchtgeräten befindet
 
sich jedoch mittlerweile auf reinem Sammler- und Liebhaberlevel. Also sicher keine
