Die Position des Flachmembran-Chassis ist so gewählt, dass die Abstände zu den angrenzenden Gehäusekanten ein günstiges Verhältnis zueinander haben. Dies trägt zur Linearisierung des Übertragungsverhaltens bei. Zudem sind die Gehäusekanten gerundet, wodurch sich die Kantenbeugung des Schalls verringert und das Abstrahlverhalten verbessert wird.<br />
Mit dem Flachmembran-Chassis ist ein Konzept umsetzbar, dass ein reinrassiges Basschassis eingesetzt werden kann. <br />
