Er verfügt über ein koaxialen Digital Eingang. Das Gerät kam mit und ohne RDS auf den Markt, wobei ein Gerät ohne RDS meist Probleme mit dem decodieren von Dolby Digital(AC-3) über einen normalen DVD-Player hat.
