Remarks[edit]

  • First and only HiFi double cassette deck by RFT. The construction is similar to the single deck SK3930. The Japanese licensed drives of the type MU300-S DR allow only a slow rewinding of the cassette. Apart from the dubbing feature, which was revolutionary for the GDR at that time, the equipment of the deck is otherwise quite poor (only one audio output/input via fixed cable, only 2 tape types, no headphone output). The deck is considered a rarity today, as it was only sold in very small numbers.
