H.-D. Hoffmann, H. Pabel, H. Enders and F. Hofmann founded the all-group in Hannover at the beginning of the 1970s, in which there are still two divisions today. Industrial production and investment is the main focus of all-electronic. For the distribution of consumer electronics the division all-akustik was founded.
At the end of the 1970s, the company developed its own loudspeaker brand for the first time under the name Quadral. Within a very short time, the brand established itself in the top class of the hi-fi world.
Quadral is the general importer of Advance Acoustic in Germany.
