Remarks[edit]

  • Other models of the same series: none
  • Predecessor model: Pioneer PDR-555W (until autumn 1999)
  • Successor model: Pioneer PDR-609 (from autumn 2000)
  • Direct selection of titles only via remote control

In addition to the original CU-PD114 remote control, which is rare today, the very similar CU-PD113 also works.

  • Without tuning can be burned as with all devices of this time only audio CD-R and here also audio CD-RW (which are still available in 2019, however, in the trade). Thereby not all Audio CD-R (Music CD-R) are compatible for the recorder. CD-Rs sold on the market in 1998-2000 are generally no longer available.
  • Tested and working CD-R (as of 2/2019):
    • Fujifilm CD-R Pro for Audio 80
