Remarks[edit]
- The Luxman PD-555 Limited turntable was built by Luxman on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the company exactly 55 times. It differs from the normal PD-555 as follows:
- The turntable is champagne coloured instead of silver.
- Left of the power switch is engraved: "One of 55 units Limited Special Edition in commemoration of our 55th Anniversary. Lux Corporation"
- On the vacuum pump VS-555 is printed in gold: "55th Anniversary Special Edition".
- Each first owner also received a 2 kilogram personalized metal/glass plaque. See image below for text.
