Bose 901 VI Limited

The classic special model of the Series VI is the "limited" - later "Concerto": this was given an exclusive finish in piano lacquer. The wooden side panels of the Custom and Classic models were replaced by brushed aluminium side panels. Well-preserved models are already fetching high prices among enthusiasts.

In the mid-90s came an innovation: the BOSE 901 as an active loudspeaker with an integrated amplifier in the base. This included a 6-disc CD changer as a control unit with integrated receiver - the 901 Lifestyle System. The loudspeaker chosen was the "Concerto", which can also be detached from the base and operated passively.
