The AX 80 from Switzerland,was built until 1996,(kit)very good sound,transparency,pressure without booming,better with tweeter fabric domes,then high end!!One of the few bright spots in 90s.HW
After about 30 years now, the dimpled foam inside is disintegrating: it is yellowish discolored, crumbling and sticking, especially to the crossover. Replacements are easily available online. Need for the pair: 2 m², cost about €45, about 2-4 hours work, depending on skill. MJ
