The front is made of 10-18mm thick solid brushed aluminium, inside a high quality 600W toroidal transformer supplies power to the orderly balanced power amplifiers. The MAP305 can cope with any loudspeaker and has no problems with very power-hungry models due to the large power reserves. The sound of the amplifier convinces with powerful basses, clearly contoured trebles and a harmonic, natural overall picture - no frequency range is overemphasized. All functions of the amplifier can be remote-controlled via the solid aluminium remote control. The former new price of the device was 950€.
