Have really a problem with my super nice Dynaudios. Start simply times. I bought them 8 years ago as MSP 400 according to the previous owner (unfortunately deceased in the meantime). - The prototype approach might not be that unlikely, unless there were different versions of the 400 (MkI, MkII). Terminals like to be swapped for higher quality ones, but if it's the ones in the picture/link, that doesn't fit either, but more likely prototype.
