In 2004 the Mclaren parent company parted company with Tag McLaren Audio as a result of a restructuring and focus on racing. As a result of this restructuring, TMA was sold to International Audio Group (IAG). IAG will continue to service existing TMA customers. In addition, IAG continues to distribute some of TMA's products under the [[Audiolab]] brand.
