• The individual components of the SC 1700 are technically identical with Ziphona Granat 227 (record player), Ziphona Tuner 922 (tuner), Ziphona HSV 926 (amplifier) as well as the SK 900 (cassette deck).
• The SC 1100 was presented to the public for the first time at the Leipzig Spring Fair 1980.
