Art Audiophile Dijon

The Art Audiophile dijon is a 2 way bass reflex floorstanding speaker.

It is equipped with a Dynaudio dome tweeter and four Monacor SPP110/8 cone bass/midrange drivers.

Dimensions (WHT): 156 x 98 x 266 mm, approx. 18mm wall thickness, (wooden version) or 185 x 1000 x 270 mm (marble version). Between 1987 and 97 about 40 pairs of dijon were built.

In the first version the dijon was equipped with a Dynaudio D28AF tweeter and was available from about 2,700 DM / pair (1988). The damped marble side panels cost optionally about 700 Marks. The trade fair price at the Funkausstellung of 1987 was 3000 Marks for the pair. From about 1991 the dijon was delivered with a Dynaudio Esotec tweeter instead of the D28AF, the new price rose to about 3,200 Marks in glazed or silk matt RAL lacquered finish.
