There is no Phonar amplifier on Phonar's homepage (21 Febrauar.2015). . . The name suggests more of a fake entry.

Yes, under the Pentagon ebay now offers a stereo with test of a Pentagon A-70. So probably not a fake entry. - If the amp type, as written, does not appear on the Phonar website.
