A regular scam a few years ago: Guy with a few pairs of these boxes in his car drives around looking for young men to approach. Super high end parts that he happened to get too many of in storage. Now he wants to sell them short instead of delivering them to the boss.... A google search sheds some light on this. There was the whole thing also with other brand names, Omni Audio was not the only one.
