Technical data

  • The Toshiba adres adapters are suitable for both cassette decks and reel-to-reel tape recorders.
  • They increase the dynamic range of a tape recorder by up to 100 dB. The signal-to-noise ratio is improved by up to 30 dB. Distortion is reduced to 1/6.

The quality of cassette tape recordings is equivalent to that of large reel-to-reel tape recorders at 38cm/second.

A built-in MPX filter eliminates the 19 kHz pilot tone when recording FM radio broadcasts.

A built-in calibration generator facilitates tuning of the entire system and ensures optimum performance.
