At the time the top model in Kenwood's German range, this amplifier offers ample power and solid construction with average connectivity and a feature set that is just as good. The power amplifiers are discrete, the preamp section is a rather cheap OP-amp grave that needs renovation from today's perspective. Altogether a device of the upper middle class and this position it had at that time also in the Japanese program of the manufacturer. In view of the age and the used component cocktail in "industrial quality" today hardly a used KA7020 will "sound" like on the first day. In view of this, the called prices are to be seen e.g. in the bay.
