  • Hifi manufacturer Yamaha is calling on owners of some older amplifier models to come forward in November 2007. The devices pose a safety risk. In extreme cases, the device can start to burn. Yamaha is offering grants for new amplifiers. Affected are the following models: Model A-760, A-760II, A-960, A-960II, A-1060, M-50, M-70 and also the B-6.
