Description[edit]

Monitor for studio and home use in passive version (P2) or with integrated amplifier (A2).
Optimized baffle geometry to improve frequency response linearity and omnidirectional sound distribution. An elaborate, acoustically optimised cabinet geometry has been developed. The baffle, milled from a single block, effectively reduces secondary sound sources caused by edge diffraction. This benefits the precise spatial localisation. The flat baffle surface has no constant height and no constant width. Together with the large curves, this results in the best conditions for sound radiation. The bass reflex port is located in the downward sloping lower part of the front. The sound travel times of the bass diaphragm and bass reflex port are matched. The amplifier electronics are separated from the pressure area by an inner housing. Stable multilayer enclosure walls, the special geometry and thick acoustic foams inside reduce resonances and reflections.

The crossovers are equipped with first-class components from Mundorf. The components are directly twisted and soldered together and glued with butyl compound to dampen vibrations. Disturbing microphonic effects are thus massively suppressed. Mundorf Supreme SilverGold solder ensures the unsurpassed conductivity of the contact points.

The model has nothing in common with the Myro Pro Fidelity Series.
