Reviews[edit]

  • The DCD 2700 has received praise and recommendations in several reviews, and the trade magazine STEREOPLAY rated it "Absolute Top Class".
  • Test in "Stereoplay" 2/1994: Absolute top class!

The DENON DCD-2700 was refined in two stages by the Aschaffenburg hi-fi dealer "HÖR AN" (Inh. Michael Imhoff). Both versions received higher quality and tightly tolerated Burr Brown D/A converter chips, the second expansion stage additionally a separate power supply for the converter section.

The magazine AUDIO classified these modified players in the reference class (01/1995).
