In the archive at kallhovde.com there is a PDF [1] of a scanned Pioneer brochure from 1987. In this PDF on page 10 there are excerpts from HiFi Vision 12/87, where the A-441 was tested. In the category amplifier / mid-range the A-441 came first in the test field "with consistently very good marks".
