L&G Incorporated was founded in 1972 by Luxman in corporation with GoldStar Co. Ltd. to provide high quality hi-fi equipment in the lifestyle segment without competing with itself. Technology and Know How for the devices came from Luxman. Also the workmanship had the same high standard. Until the mid 70's receivers, amplifiers, tuners, cassette decks and loudspeakers were produced with the name L&G.
