The company started as Michael Weidlich Schallreproduktionstechnik GbR and has operated in the meantime also as Myro company. After closing Myro, the new Michael Weidlich Audio company was founded and continued the brand name Myro for its loudspeakers until 2017. Since then MW Audio changed the brand to its proper name.
