Remarks
With the KI Signature series Marantz developer Ken Ishiwata ennobles himself by putting his stamp on certain Marantz products in the form of tuning measures, which he gilds with a not exactly small surcharge to the standard model. For the KI Signature model of the PM 7200, for example, Marantz charges a whopping 300 EUR extra compared to the basic model. In addition to optimised components, there is also a toroidal transformer and a copper-coated chassis. The copper rear panel looks much nicer than that of the base model.
