− | + | The Orfeo 25/80 is an absolute dream turntable. It has replaced my very good Thorens 126 mk III with Koshin-Lustre GST 901 arm, which is also not a bad turntable. From the first beat of the music it was clear, there are worlds between. What the Orfeo, equipped with a good arm (SME IV in my case) and a good system (Ruby II Open Air) gets out of the record in terms of coarse and fine dynamics, never ceases to amaze me. Even after 3 years in my possession, the desire for something else has never arisen. The upgrade to a large power supply was again a significant improvement.
