The individual sources can also be set up and named individually. Unused sources can also be conveniently hidden from the display. 'Experiencing music in a new way' is how the result of the listening session with the SPA22 in stereo mode could be described. Absolutely clean and with impressive transparency the amplifier reproduced the actually very well known test tracks in a sound quality never experienced before. Each instrument literally appeared on a wide stage in the listening room and played absolutely true to life. Even the voices of Diana Krall, Sade and Michael Buble had the right timbre. Also for the home cinema session well known titles like 'Night at the Museum' and 'Hairspray' were used. Exceedingly detailed, the SPA22 brought Ben Stiller's nocturnal adventures at the Natural History Museum in New York to life. The musical interludes in 'Hairspray' were reproduced by the amplifier with the same speed and feeling as in the film.
