Company profile[edit]
Company in Duisburg, Germany, headed by Alfred Rudolph and Hermann Winters, specializing mainly in the design and manufacture of loudspeakers. A large part of these loudspeakers contain horns and the very exclusive ion tweeter, which produces sound by means of a modulated flame. Furthermore, the models usually contain drivers from Seas. The company invented the so-called hyperspherical horn, which works by a specific asymmetry particularly broadband. The first model with this horn was the Acapella La Campanella, larger models followed.
The company Acapella also introduced the amplifiers of Unison Research on the German market and first took over the distribution.
