Yes, there is an "easy" solution:

The source of the interference is the 33/45 changeover switch. The switch has silver plated contacts, which are oxidized (black tarnish). The switch consists of 2 Pertinax levels with contact strips and one perforated intermediate level with a tiny contact piece made of bent spring steel which makes the connection between the two contact levels. Like this.

Pull out the mains plug!!!!!!!!!!!

Remove any foreign parts from the platform (brushes, centering piece...). Lock the tonearm. Remove the turntable. Fix the record cover with adhesive tape. Turn the turntable over.

Loosen all screws on the underside of the housing and leave them in place. Remove the lower part of the housing.

Now you can see everything at a glance:

The speed selector with power switch is mechanically coupled. But that doesn't matter.

You loosen the two nuts of the Pertinax switch and take the Pertinax plates apart, you look very carefully where the discs and the connecting piece fall (!!!) then you take a miniature flat screwdriver and carefully scrape off the oxide layer on all parts. Then put the whole switch back together in reverse order and your turntable will spin as if fresh out of the box.

Why do I know that? Mine works since then.
