Hello everyone,

  • in the device database there is under "Digital Players / Recorders" the category "Portable_CD_Player" (but no template for it) and under "Other / Accessories" again the category "Portable_Player". - a portable CD player should therefore be entered 2x? => the category "Portable_Player" (and then also the template!) to "sonstige_portable_Player"?
  • on the template page, on the other hand, there is only the template "Portable_Player" => shouldn't the template "Portable_CD_Player" be added there?

Systematize portables?[edit]

Hello Admins,

with the templates and product categories it goes pretty over and under there!

Wouldn't it make sense to set this up a bit more systematically (and at the same time coordinate the corresponding categories and templates)?


Variant 1:

Combine all portables under Portable Player.


Variant 2:

delete the unspecific category Portable Player (for me, it's just a generic term and not a category of its own!) and delete it after, for example.

differentiate


Variant 3:

delete the unspecific category Portable Player and add the portables to the respective device types:
