After a few years, the rim around the cone of the woofer disintegrates, causing an acoustic short circuit (lack of bass). You can buy these bass drivers at Quadral in 30419 Hannover, Am Herrenhäuser Bahnhof 26-28 (pair approx. 46 Euro/2008).
