Remarks[edit]
Excerpt from the description text of the user manual
- "Fast dual super circuit signal transmission without feedback'
Theoretically, the distortion in this circuit can be reduced to zero because only the output stage equalization is demodulated and connected at the output side. Dynamic characteristics are improved because the signal is not fed back to the input, resulting in high-speed signal transfer. (slew rate +-350 V/µs)
- Wideband equalizer amplifier
Conventional LF and CR equalizers have been developed into high quality wideband equalizers and thus high signal-to-noise ratio has been ensured. Furthermore, the deviation from the RIAA curve in the frequency range from 20 Hz to 100 Hz is only +-0.2 dB.
- No capacitors in the signal path
The circuit design was simplified by using a direct DC servo circuit. This completely replaced the large decoupling capacitors that caused equalization from start to finish, making the unit a true direct amplifier capable of reproducing real music signals."
