Seinerzeit ein Multibit Player der angehenden Spitzenklasse leidet das Gerät heute unter austrocknenden Elkos
 
und veralteter Opamp-Bestückung hinter dem DAC was sich in einem eher höhenfreundlichen,leicht harschigen Klang
 
äußert. Zudem ist das Gerät recht erschütterungsempfindlich und Bedarf einer soliden Standfläche.
 
Zur I/V-conversion werden NJM4580D genutzt und in der Ausgangsstufe sitzen NJM4565D. Zur Entkoppelung der Ausgänge
 
werden Elektrolytkondensatoren verwendet (Elna Cerafine) die mittlerweile auch EOL sind. Ebenso die in der Elektronik
 
für die Spannungsversorgung der Ausgangsstufe. Durch Austausch der Opamps mit NJM2068DD,der Koppelkondensatoren gegen
 
2,2µF PPs von Panasonic und neuen Siebelkos ließ sich bei meinem Gerät ein wesentlich ausgeglichenerer Klang ohne
 
"Höhenharsch" erzielen der mir besser gefällt als z.B. der eines Sony CDP-X333ES.
 
Der Teileaufwand ist gering,der Umbau allerdings etwas fummelig.

  • At that time a multi bit player of the prospective top class the device suffers today from drying out electrolytic capacitors

and outdated opamp equipment behind the DAC which is expressed in a rather treble-friendly, slightly harsh sound slightly harsh sound. In addition, the unit is quite sensitive to vibrations and requires a solid stand. For I/V conversion NJM4580D are used and in the output stage NJM4565D.
