Loudspeaker manufacturer, founded in 1977 in Denmark. Since 1993 Dynaudio also manufactures studio monitors, since 1996 sound systems for cars (Volvo, VW including Bugatti).
In October 2014 the Chinese company Goertek Inc. took over the majority of Dynaudio with 83 percent; the remaining shares are held by the founder and Vice Director of the Board of Directors Wilfried Ehrenholz.
