Reports[edit]
Private: I rescued this box from Recygling, unfortunately the top pole plate was loose by the mid/tweeter. But I realigned and glued it with construction glue. Also the damping dome behind the dome was loose, also freshly glued. Rdc (dome-chassis)= 4.2Ohm (luckily the jammed voice coil was still whole).
Driven by the Pioneer A-616MarkII remote amplifier I came to the following conclusion: clean powerful dry bass, very adequate :) Infrasound also achievable, mids for vocals (The Ritz) are perfect, cymbals keep just right in the low end. For those days without Thiel and Small parameters, ne very successful box and can be counted in the high-end class. Should be reintroduced as a retro production. It is very nice to listen to the bass player in Groove Jazz, you can hear every deep riff. Geill. And with double bass you can hear the wood. I put up some pictures. (peacok)
