L&G Incorporated wurde 1972 von Luxman in Korporation mit GoldStar Co. Ltd., um hochwertige Hifi Geräte preiswert anzubieten ohne sich selbst Konkurrenz zu machen. Technologie und Know How für die Geräte kamen von Luxman. Auch die Verarbeitung hatte den gleichen hohen Standard. Bis Mitte der 70er Jahre wurden Receiver, Verstärker, Tuner, Kassettendecks und Lautsprecher mit der Bezeichnung L&G produziert.

L&G Incorporated was founded in 1972 by Luxman in corporation with GoldStar Co. Ltd. to provide high quality hi-fi equipment in the lifestyle segment without competing with itself. Technology and Know How for the devices came from Luxman. Also the workmanship had the same high standard. Until the mid 70's receivers, amplifiers, tuners, cassette decks and loudspeakers were produced with the name L&G.
