The horizontal dispersion of the speaker is excellent, so on-axis alignment is not necessary. It is perfect when one of the two front side panels is only visible as a narrow strip from the listening position.<br />

Cleanly filtered drivers, where diaphragm resonances are virtually eliminated, have such a low inherent sound that they bluntly reveal what is being delivered to them as a signal. Therefore, weakening amplifiers are more unpleasantly noticeable than with drivers with colorations that suggest a certain fullness. But this fullness is not a component of the music, it is an art product of the loudspeakers. Whole hi-fi generations are used to this kind of liveliness and fullness.
