− | This machine has nothing in common with the Studer machines.a TEURE B77! It is also now "Old" machines, often have loose contacts (cards), major bearing problems - even in the head bridge area (better equal with grease nipple), I am also disappointed by the "speed equalization switch rod" on the mainboard, such scrap (scratches and howls and rattles) I know only from Grundig ect. - which must be "lubricated" in any case! The PR99 is nothing for amateurs, eigendlich a "cheap Studer" in the professional area! the Japanese were from 1980 from the CONSTRUCTION already better - not from the drive!
− | Who buys such a tape recorder expensive - can quickly wake up from the Revox dream!!! A series resistor 1 kOhm in series to the display instrument protects this, peak remains!!! HW
