The 18 cm bass-midrange driver features a particularly strong magnetic drive (110 mm magnet) and a cone made of light and stiff magnesium. Copper T-pole core for high linearity of the drive, low-loss rubber surround for highest detail resolution and copper phase plug for best heat dissipation. This allows the large linear excursion of the system to be converted into sound particularly efficiently.
