The series contains the best chassis of the market from the Accuton [[Cell series]] and is technologically the latest state of the art at Myro. The signal conversion thus achieves the highest authenticity and precision.
Cleanly filtered drivers, where diaphragm resonances are virtually eliminated, have such a low inherent sound that they bluntly reveal what is being delivered to them as a signal. Therefore, weakening amplifiers are more unpleasantly noticeable than with drivers with colorations that suggest a certain fullness. But this fullness is not a component of the music, it is an art product of the loudspeakers. Whole hi-fi generations are used to this kind of liveliness and fullness.

Many hi-fi enthusiasts want improvements in sound by optimizing their chain. If decisive progress is made in the direction of less coloration in some areas, as is possible with equalized Accuton drivers that are controlled correctly in terms of time and signal, other colorations and inconsistencies in the old chain are exposed. Those who do not proceed consistently in the sense of decolourisation often tend to back out and continue to seek their salvation in discolourations and distortions.

Comparative tests in front of different groups of listeners have shown that the best sonic result of these speakers is achieved in combination with power amplifiers from [[Sauermann]] Audio power amplifiers. This combination is accordingly also recommended by the manufacturer.

With the Amur models, great importance was attached to low time drift at the transmission ends, which raises impulse reproduction and room imaging to a new level of quality. The closed cabinet tuning with low Q-value and the additive circuit design of the two woofers ensure a flat drop at the lower end of the transmission range.
For the Cell C25 tweeter, Michael Weidlich carefully equalized the diaphragm resonance, eliminating the inherent sound typical of the material. The transmission range extends far beyond the audible range in the high frequencies and runs with a very small time shift. This measure results in an excellent allocation of the high frequencies, especially the harmonics, to the respective instrument and its spatial representation. The grille of the midrange driver is mechanically calmed with plastic knobs.
Each loudspeaker is trimmed by Michael Weidlich personally, metrologically and aurally to its maximum performance. The factory-selected drivers are tested and paired and the crossover filters are adjusted accordingly.

*uncritical impedance (magnitude + phase)

*time correct

*... therefore maximum pulse energy / pulse dynamics

*... with high frequency accuracy / low signal distortion during transient response

*very good radiation behaviour / no sweet spot problem

*as linear as possible amplitude frequency response (no sounding)

The edges of the pentagon are all bevelled, so that in combination with the 108° angle the sound refraction at the edges is as low as possible. The horizontal dispersion of the speaker is excellent, so on-axis alignment is not necessary. It is perfect when one of the two front side panels is only visible as a narrow strip from the listening position.
Another advantage of the Pentagon is that there are no parallel walls all around and therefore no standing waves inside.
