| − | * With a full set (8-channel) of pre-outs and an 8-channel input, the AVR-8500 is very well equipped. Separable power amplifiers are offered as well as no less than two digital inputs and two digital outputs on the front panel. Three YUV inputs and one YUV output on the rear panel are just as well dimensioned as the three coaxial and three optical digital inputs found there. The screw caps for connecting the speaker cables or banana plugs are of very high quality.
